Blueprint definition services
We help you define the desired OT-architecture, that includes:
- a description of your manufacturing and business processes, including the below models.
- A goods-flow diagram
- An equipment model
- BPMN diagrams of your business processes.
- a component diagram to define all the systems and integrations.
- The IT-infrastructure to support the components (including server and network architecture)
- The organization, the people, the strategic partners, to implement, support and maintain the architecture. and keep the defined components relevant and up-to-date. Our solution is very simple and cost effective, based on excel with a power-BI report on top. This simplicity is important as it enables us to efficiently work together with relevant stakeholders in your factories; Every-one knows how to use excel. We will set up the infrastructure and the dashboards, fill the inventory together with you and you can take it from there. We offer:

Managed remote support connection for OT
Implementation services for a standard remote support connection for OT. Many suppliers/equipment vendors offer remote support services. Often via their own channels on which you as a company have no visibility on. Within operations, the need for remote support is high, as when an equipment fails, it greatly reduces the downtime when a supplier can connect and indicate/correct what is wrong. Typically the concept of remote support causes friction with the IT-organization as they want to be in control of suppliers accessing their network.
